Need Leads? / This 1939 Mercury Eight coupe is the product of a build that was completed during the early 2000s and included the installation of a 350ci Chevy V8. The car was also fitted with independent front suspension, power steering, front disc brakes, a TH350 automatic transmission, and a 10-bolt rear end with Positraction. Finished in metallic blue with custom pinstriping, the exterior of the car features a chopped Carson roof, a louvered hood, rear fender skirts, and dual spotlights. The interior is upholstered in blue and white vinyl and features bucket seats, power windows, seatbelts, a tilt steering column, and VDO instruments.
