Need Leads? / This 2005 MG XPower SV is a left-hand-drive example and one of 42 R variants produced for a single model year. It was delivered new to B.V. Automobielbedrijf Charles Serry A.C.C. in Hilversum, Netherlands, before it was sold to its first private owner in 2008. The car remained under his ownership until it was purchased by the current owner in 2022. The car features carbon-fiber bodywork finished in British Racing Green over brown leather upholstery, and power comes from a 5.0-liter Ford V8 paired with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes independent suspension, electronic traction control, power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, Brembo anti-lock disc brakes, 18" O.Z. Racing two-piece forged wheels, a front splitter, power-folding mirrors, a rear diffuser, power windows, automatic climate control, a Pioneer CD player, and Recaro bucket seats with four-point harnesses. Maintenance performed in preparation for the sale included the installation of replacement tires as well as a fluid service.
